Digital printing on the other hand allows you to have detailed photographic images with gradients of colour fully printed all over your bespoke badges, a clear epoxy resin coating is then applied for a glossy slightly domed finish that protects the print.

These have to be the smallest branded promotional product we have manufactured. At 10mm it was a challenge to print a legible logo onto a tiny enamel surface, however by reducing the fonts line weight we managed it and boy did they turn out well! By having the logo screen printed in opposite colours this helped it stand out. For an added touch of class this London handbag designer wanted the charms to have a reversable enamel finish incase they spun around.
